Refund policy
Eligibility For Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- All items must be returned in original condition.
- Original Packaging Included.
- If product arrived damaged, we will ask for proof before issuing a refund or replacement.
Return Process
Step 1: Contact us via email with your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
Step 3: Shop the item back using a trackable shipping label. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned or damaged item, we will inspect the item and notify you on if the return is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Please expect some delays regarding your financial institution's processing rates for these refunds.
If rejected, we will notify the customer of the reasoning for the rejected refund.
If the item is not shipped back to us within the return window, we will not be able to approve your refund and the request void.
Exchanges will be considered on a product by product basis. At times we may not offer the product anymore or the product is final sale. Due to this, we will not be able to issue any refunds or exchanges for these products.
